Well winter Storm Shadow is actually an okay choice to me from a business standpoint, they sell you the less desirable variants first and then the classic versions so they can get people buying both. It's like Palisades Muppets line, you got stuntman Gonzo and Sam Arrow before tuxedo Gonzo and Sam the Eagle. The alternative is they do the line like Playmates Simpsons line, where all the main characters were in the first few waves, so everything after was just waves of background characters and crazy variants of Bart and Homer!
