I like this retro version, but the first release pisses all over this one. More paint, more realistic eyes, better color scheme, the modern-style head is awesome...it's just a better overall figure.

That said, I'll pick this one up too, especially for the accessories. I can never have too much Doom on my shelf.

Yeah, same physical body, but the brighter classic colors which suite the classic head better.
