To be fair, I've never been a fan of the backpacks on my Joes ever. I always found it weird that dudes who are supposed to be running around, infiltrating Cobra bases would be carrying clunky, heavy ass bags on their backs that would make them stumble and trip around in the middle of battle.

However, I was hoping that given they were bigger, the bags would stay put better. Clearly that is not the case, so I'll just have to get a new accessory box for GI Joe to store them in, assuming I do decide to make the plunge. Destro and CC will make or break that decision, assuming I can ever find them.

If I do go all in, I will have to be smart about this line and not go overboard like I did with the anniversary line from 10 years ago. No more getting every version of every character and not every character. I'll definitely pick up Cover Girl, Flint, Lady Jaye, Stalker, Spirit, General Hawk, a version of Scarlett (not sure if I want the current version though), Tomax, Xomat, Zartan, and a few other critical character. The only ones I may buy more than one version of is Storm Shadow as I want both his original Cobra outfit and then his outfit from when he joined the Joes (which I just learned is an Amazon exclusive). Though, that does not mean I won't upgrade characters if a better version comes out. Like if they were to do figures in either their Marvel comics costumes or Resolute designs, those versions will instantly become their default look on my shelves.

I do know I will not be buying the Red Ninjas for sure as I do not like the designs of the new ones.
