Hi,

I've been collecting figures slowly over a number of years and usually I'm pretty good at finding specific names of action figures however I'm currently stuck on this one and I'm hoping someone can help me out.

Ive looked through different websites and I can't seem to identify this Batman figure. It has binary code on the front. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
