The arms look like they are from the old Valkyrie figure. The legs kinda look like it too. I am assuming that the bicep swivels mean it is on a larger body.

In my experience, brickseek is garbage and popfindr is pretty accurate for Target, but doesn't really seem to be great for any other store.
