I'm excited as well! There isn't just greater diversity in representation, but in genres. Marvel's pugilistic martial master is introduced to the masses, high level mysticism in the form of the sorcerer supreme continues, mature (hopefully Blade retains its former 'R' rating) and stylized occult-vampiric action returns, a formal introduction is provide to a pantheon of earthbound cosmic deities, super-science and foundational stories abound with Marvel's 'first family' (Surfer could culminate into a visual magnum opus for the MCU), and, of course, I'm interested to see what happens when Marvel Studios presents the X-men. Some of the muted anticipation on phase two is undoubtedly a byproduct of the conditions of the pandemic which are currently stymieing the entire film industry. The hope is that there will be both breakthroughs and better leadership/guidance regarding the pandemic soon. But as you said, time will tell...
