So this will be a bit of a stretch but all I have to go by are 2 drawings of the action figure :-|

Probably from the 80s, could be from Europe. Armor is mainly red color with snake scale pattern. The waist would swivel 180 degrees to reveal skeleton face underneath his face. The "helmet" is a cobra's body, golden color. Had a sword for accessory.

As everything about the toy is about a snake or cobra, etc. I've searched everywhere using these names (Serpent, Cobra, Egyptian Cobra, etc.). Btw, the name behind one of the pics is made up
