After painstaking research, I think I managed to create a comprehensive enough guide on how to get as many Posable 1:18 scale compatible figures for this franchise, since it probably has the most consistently availability over the course of roughly 15 years. I'm not including the Banpresto Keychains, any possible Bandai Gashapon, because those aren't figures in the same sense and are likewise a given.

For the record, I'm not actually very familiar with Kinnikuman as a show or Manga, so I can't assess these as what a fan would want from an action figure. Being familiar with some of these types of actions, however, I can list out some pros and cons.

The first one is Banpresto's "Action Figure collection" figure line from 1999. At first I was planning on leaving them out, but the sculpts and accessories honestly make up for their lack of articulation. Will probably collect as many on card as I can in the near future.

These can be easily found either in English or in their Japanese name, which would be this.

キン肉マン・アクションフィギュアコレクション

See the bottom links of backs the blister cards to see the full roster for this line.

The next set of figure lines are tricky, as they were all released in 2002 initially and all were for the show "2nd Generation".

The first two of note can both be pinned with the text キン肉マン 可動フィギュア or キン肉マンⅡ世 可動フィギュア, which is honestly generic and can lead to mixing up the two. I had to find lots through google images on mercari in order to find more precise names.

The only one I could find a both year and month with was the Bandai line up for the show released in Oct. 2002 , precisely called キン肉マン2世 アクションフィギュア, which translates to "Kinnikuman 2 action figure(s)".

The first wave can be viewed here.

?????2? ??????????2

These used hinges for the elbows, knees, and ankles.

The second wave, here, have the elbows turn inward.

Using the Japanese text, you can find all kinds of past lots or blog posts of these figures for ideas of how they are in hand, but here are the most comprehensive ones I could find.

??????????? ?????????????????????

オークションにだ- サクラんとミクã *ã‚“

The last one suggest that this line has some fragility issues, particularly with the second wave.

The Second series is somewhat more generic title, translated roughly "Movable Superman figure" or something to that effect wit the 2nd generation labe1 attached to it. From what i can tell this was released in 2002 as well.

キン肉マン2世可動超人フィギュア

These seem to be of the same build engineering as the Stardust crusaders figures from 2000 with the build frames and balljoints, implying that the swivel-cut joints of the One Piece Banpresto line was made in 1999 in tandem with the anime, making it's engineering the result of it being the first in the line.

There are only three figures in this line up, but I've just recently managed to scoop them up myself. Relatively easy to track down on Yahoo Japan, Jauce, Mercari, etc. Same applies more or less to the Bandai series as well.

The last 2002 figures of note are the "Super/Hyper Dimesnsion Fighter" series for Kinnikuman 2. The only things worthy of note is that it only has Mantaro and Kevin Mask, appear to have magnets in their feet similar to the Dragonball Popy figures, and their elbow joints are very similar to the 7-8 inch Romando figures. Will probably never pick these up.

キン肉マン二世 超次元ファイター ケビンマス

Next is the "Super figure movable figure collection" released first in July of 2005 as a full set. These are roughly 1:18 scale from what I can find and semi-posed along with with cuts and hinges the may have. Limited, but detailed and dynamic enough to pick up a few perhaps.

超像可動フィギュアコレクション キン肉マン

Now we can finally get into what is probably the most well known and default figure line for the Franchise and scale, the 2007 Microman line from Takara. Most here ought to be familiar with the Microman Line as it is, so I won't go into that much details. Here's a fairly comprehensive shot of the characters and variants available.

??????????? ??????????????????

https://microforever.net/MKseries1.htm

A few things worthy of note, this line has "two" types of Ramenman figures outside of mere color variants. There is the bulky Ramenman which I believe is reflective of his early appearance and his more current narrower look. I personally own the narrower red version.

These are common enough in Japan and non-japenese sites, it's mainly a matter of patience.

Next we have the Romando "Glorious Muscle" figure line from 2008. These seem to be roughly the same scale as the Microman figures, though with a more limited character selection with just Suguru, Warsman, Robin Mask, Akuma, and Buffalo Man. On the bright side, however, they come is many variants, from colors, battle damage, etc.

If you are going for the effort, and you already have Suguru from previous lines, then I would just try my best for the larger characters not seen in other lines. Otherwise, if the detail and suitable articulations suits your fancy, get as many as you can. I only own the normal Buffaloman.

??????????? ??????????????

The final series would be Kaiyodo's Kinnikuman line in the there Micro Yamaguchi series in 2014. Their sculpts, paint, and range of possibility surpasses anything released prior and despite their age and company they can be bought at reasonable prices from both domestic and japanese sellers as low as $20-$30.

The only downsides are their size, in which they are all roughly the size of the Larger Glorious Muscle figures. This puts a damper on the otherwise high compatibility of the previous lines with each other. As they are, they are better as standalones. One guy decided to use the full size SUguru as a base for a Micro Yamaguchi Buffaloman.

I'll edit this for any tips I have for searching, one being that you might get better results by typing in both a character's japanese spelled name with the line's name.
