I'll gladly allow an exception for Macross toys, especially the transforming Valks. Now those can give Hot Toys or Sideshow a run for their money any day.

I love Macross (and Robotech), but sadly, that is a toy line that I have to stay far away from. It is a rabbit hole that I would never emerge from, should I ever take the leap.

I've heard similar complaints over the usage of "awesome" too. But as long as we're not comparing toys to Rime of the Ancient Mariner or Beowulf, I think we're doing all right.
