Sure, I guess, they'd need to scruff him up considerably as he's a bit too 'pretty' for my ideal image of Marc. My opinion 2-3 years ago was overwhelmingly in favor of Tom Hardy. However, he's Venom now and that ship has sailed. I was actually disappointed for my Moon Knight hopes when Tom was cast in the Venom role. I felt Marvel Studios casting missed out on that one given that Hardy apparently did have a taste for the super-genre. So much of life is about timing.

While I understand why you mentioned Heard (while also not entirely agreeing with the implied sentiment), the Smollett portion seems a bit out of place and a little forced. That said, Shia, in this most recent scenario, is facing more accusers than just his current ex regarding abusive behavior charges. Even before whatever is about to be brought into the light concerning these recent allegations, Shia has demonstrated a few different personality traits and public outbursts that indicate he's struggling with demons. I obviously enjoy some of the dude's work, but one doesn't need to be a clinician to acknowledge that he needs help. So does Johnny, and, apparently, Jussie...
