Perhaps this is to our benefit because the 25th Anniversary GI Joe head sculpts for Scarlett are arguably dated(compared to what we have seen Hasbro pull off since), and the head sculpt for GI Joe Resolute Scarlett is too big.

Hypothetically, let's say City Strike Scarlett and Zarana were being considered for next year, as 1 of the 2 potential female figures in the 2011 GI Joe line(s). Which one would you prefer? This is not a logistics discussion or speculation on likelihood. It's all about which one you would want to see more!
