Yah, put me in the camp of... if you see it on the peg... it is fair game... as long as you aren't outright stealing it or resorting to violence or something.

I was watching this toy hunt video of someone finding a Rogue at Target early, but they took it from him at the register since it was street dated, but then an employee came to him and put the Rogue on reserve for him under his name at customer service so he could come back for it on Sunday... which is what he ended up doing. That is how all street date violations should be handled IMO.
