The skyline background can be a pain at times, but I feel it is worth it. Have the sets itself on a flat surface so nothing is leaning off an edge or something and then hold the cardboard piece a few CMs off the ground as you insert the peg pieces on the bottom and then top. Leave the middle ones for last. Do note, since the piece is made to be reversible, the pegs do not lock in hard for ease of swapping them around.
