I don't know when, but after the Tank was announced, I just went to see if Sideshow would carry it because I like their flex pay and sure enough they had it. I always check Sideshow whenever I miss out on preorders for stuff. Got my Mafex Hush Batman and Michael Jordan from there eventhough it was way after everyone else had recieved theirs.
