Also, the booted foot on my Peter B was assembled wrong. I've noticed it on yours as well. It's an easy fix...all you have to do is rotate the boot and swivel the ankle accordingly to match it up. You'll get much better articulation out of it as a result.

So far with the different Fox X-Men figures and Kang I've had no problems at all with the pinless construction but with these figures it's an issue. I'm not even convinced my Gwen's left knee is technically articulated because it behaves like a solid piece. I'm pretty sure the thin, cartoonish limbs are a significant factor for why this problem has so notably shown up here but not before.

Thanks for calling out the boot, something similar happened with my black series Wedge but I didn't notice it here until you pointed it out. Even Hasbro's official product images have the boot wrong.
