it's definitely sad to see this happen to a woman character in star wars, especially one that didn't have the same hollywood body-style.

But nobody can deny that she brought it on herself. A lot of us are exposed to a lot of misinformation and lies online, and it's our responsibility to do our research and find the truths. it doesn't take long to find the long history of violence on trans communities and the dark implications of anti-semitic art.

From what I have seen, Carano posted far too many dogwhistles and "oopsies" to plead ignorance. If she truly didn't intend to portray transphobia or anti-semitism, then we would've seen more action to show that.

and now she's been driven into the open arms of Ben Shapiro and the alt-right media machine. it's a shame nobody in her life was able to reach her before this, but it's nobody's fault but hers.

And all because she bought into the fear-mongering brainwashing that keeps us distracted from the real problem. As George Carlin pointed out, all this other stuff is subterfuge designed to keep us divided instead of focused on the systematic fleecing we all have in common.
