I am pretty sure it isn't that guy above. It has to be Etrigan he had a comic run with a bunch of other medieval DC characters called Demon Knights. Not to menton Jason Blood/Etrigan is set in medieval times with King Arthur and Merlin bounding the Demon to Jason Blood for all of history.
