There are those who wanted it at the time but couldn't find it/buy it, and there are new collectors who might want to buy the figure but can't afford the current price. I'll never understand why fans are shocked to hear that Hasbro can make more than one version of a character after they made a previous figure of it a few years ago. Just because he/she found and bought that figure the first time, it doesn't mean everyone did and new collectors wanting to find a certain character should have the chance to find/buy their favorites too.
