So, you're preaching to the choir as far as it regards wanting an updated figure that has seen previous (and recent) iterations. However, by the same measure, don't begrudge collectors whom would rather a slot go to an unrepresented character. Especially if said revisits are going to be simple repaints, such as symbiote/FA 2099 Spidey/'Ben Riley & the Clones'/Big Time/Parker Industries/Superior Spidey/etc on a retro Spidey mold. There's a limit to the patience of collectors for this particular aspect of collecting; where some see an opportunity for newer collectors, others are wary of abusive manufacturing tactics.

If they did an entire BaF wave of repaints I couldn't blame anyone for not being happy about that, however one slot in a wave isn't so bad especially when you consider if it's a Spiderman wave there's going to be a Spidey figure anyway, let it be an update of a previous Spidey, and hopefully not include a BaF part. At this point new versions of Cap, Iron Man, Spidey, Wolverine and Deadpool should not be packed with BaF pieces
