It's very likely Dwight was literally just musing about the fact that SHS got to a few characters that Legends has yet to tackle, nothing more. He's not even on the marketing team! He gets paid to sculpt pretty toys, not drop viral breadcrumbs.

Yeah every time Ryan posts a pic of his collection people (including myself because I'm also guilty of this) people immediately analyze every inch of the photo to see if he's including hints for upcoming figures, and sometimes it just winds up being nothing more than a guy being proud of his toys.
