Worthless?... eBay says other wise. Have you seen what the cliff jumper upgrade goes for? I support HasTak as much as the next guy but I had to get a PP01 just to be in scale with the rest of the masterpiece line. Different strokes for different folks I suppose. Theirs is supposed to be a representation of the G1 trailer rather than the armor for the classics Magnus, which I have as well and it's awesome!
