Like, of people who were never into MU, and just think these figures are neat? I mean, their concept is nowhere near what Kenner would've actually done with the Marvel license in the 80's, and they have multiple points, like Cap's shield clip, and the more modern sculpting on female figures and the like, where modern figure engineering rears its ugly head, to the point where they probably should've done the sensible thing and put the heads on ball joints. It's not a good retro line, but there's a growing community for them for some reason?
we had the secret wars line back in the 80s with slightly taller figures and some cool playsets like the Tower of doom, these new retro figures were never a thing back then and id imagine its guys who collect those super7 figures that think these are great.
personally the retro line is an easy pass for me and im not accepting any excuses about manufacturing "costs" when fortnite and halo are superposable!!! great looking and friendly on the wallet and easily distributed around the world.
id ask Hasbro to pass the licence on to another company willing to take it onboard.we could see a steady flow of 3.75" with no more mail away or exclusive BS we encountered with MU back in the day.
