MCU Destroyer is somewhere between 9'6"~10 feet tall. It should be somewhere between Hulkbuster (11 ft) and MCU Black Dwarf (8ft-ish)in height for an accurate figure scale.

I think the barely articulated Destroyer figure that came with the first Thor movie toy line is a decent starting point, though its shorter than the existing Legends scale MCU Ultron, who was apparently 7'7" in his Prime body.

Granted, I think the Destroyer's overall height in the first Thor movie varied between scenes. Though that could just be the odd perspective shots the film used.

I kinda wonder if it was initially meant to be a lot bigger than the 'official' stat. Considering the comic Destroyer changed size depending on a number of factors, its hard to really tell how big it should be. At least the comic version has the Marvel Selects release.
