I think Hxxxxx is a Herald of Galactus. Probably a Silver Surfer, but maybe someone like Firelord or Terrax.

I doubt it would be Terrax since he's a BAF (~$30) and the main assortment would need to be in the same $22 price point.

But I think there's a good chance he'll get re-released as an exclusive like the retro carded Kingpin. Terrax was the first BAF in the ROML and it's been 9 years since his release. He's due for a re-release.

I didn't see High Evolutionary's name in my search but he seems like a good fit for the main assortment.

A flammed-on Human Torch occurred to me as well but that would be five of the six figures in the main wave being members of the FF. I think there's a decent chance a that a classic flame-on version would be an exclusive though.
