I am weirdly fond of that dinky little armature he had. The fact that it was just the one and not more made it feel like something Mayfeld slapped together for the benefit of an extra blaster but he lacked the resources for more. It felt very classic Star Wars to have the crude one and stop at that before it looked like they were trying to make him look cool.
