They wouldn't even need new feet...they could probably get by just scaling up the feet from the Wolvie-Laura with a new claw/spike attachment.

Those BAF heads are too big to be compatible as well as the balljoint. Also Hasbro would need new feet for Tarantula. At best they could use the digital file as a starting point for resculpting or reference but that would require a new physical mold. The only part that could be reused would be the spike itself.
