In terms of fan service...yes. I'd be willing to argue though that Lord Raptor and Talbain rank above her in terms of popularity amongst Darkstalkers fans and players.

Hsien Ko...I honestly cannot remember anyone ever being excited over her when this game hit arcades back in the day. She'd make for a fun toy though, as she's very toyetic in design.

I get that...my only retort to that would be that outside of Ken, Juri has consistently been mentioned as having one of the worst redesigns of all the characters in SF5. It wasn't until PC modders started tweaking it to show more skin that people started to warm up to it...

Hopefully we do get a more classic Juri at some point since the look does appear in SF5...or at least a head sculpt without the stupid eyepatch...
