Found 4 of him today at Target, luckily there was one with perfect paint. Once I had him out of the box I was immediately impressed.

I did have to heat up his elbows, knees, and ankles. All of those joints were frozen solid until I used the hairdryer. Now they're fine.

The sculpts are so good, and the articulation allows for plenty of expression. I especially like the double neck joint, and his single jointed elbows have plenty of range compared to some older neca figures I have.

His heads swap out very easily, I don't have to struggle with popping them on like I do with MacReady's alternate heads.

The hands are all great, as are the shackles which do have a metal chain. The flowers are a nice touch, thankfully mine aren't too sloppy.


Overall I'm glad I decided to get him. It's not my favorite of the Universal monster movies, but the character is a horror icon and Necs did him justice.
