I’d die to see Korvac and Carina, to complete the Korvac saga.
All the other normal size villains like Graviton, Nefaria, etc can go on a villain wave .

And, I know no-one cares, but I’d love a Dr Druid. Maybe with a Buscema Nebula.

I'd go with: Hawkeye and Captain America, as the two "tentpole" characters, Justice (to give us our NW for 2022), Meteorite (for our 2021 Thunderbolt which we didn't get), comic Sersi, Graviton and Count Nefaria for our villains and BAF Atlas for our 2022 Thunderbolt.
