I mean, it’s a cheap-looking unauthorized use of IP, being sold commercially, and being presented here explicitly as a cheaper alternative to a licensed product. It may not look like the legitimate version, and maybe it was designed with a little more love than a Chinese knock-off, but it’s very definitely a bootleg. If the seller were based in the US, Disney would have already sued them into oblivion. Not sure what the Mouse’s reach into Mexico looks like, but Nimrod/Gigantor is likely doing this seller no favours by posting so regularly about their operation on forums that Hasbro reps are known to lurk.
