Found the Kingdom Waspinator while grocery shopping last night. His beast mode is solid, although he might be more of a hornet than a wasp (I'm not an entomologist). You can still see his arms and lower legs in bug mode but they're securely tucked into place and the transformation is reasonably satisfying, not too hard or too easy in my opinion. His robot mode is great although his bug-legs can sometimes get in the way when posing so that's a minor inconvenience. His stinger-blaster feels a little lazy, it gets the job done but it could've been better. Comparing this figure to the Thrilling 30 Waspinator feels like more of an even match as opposed to Rhinox where I pretty strictly preferred the old one (Kingdom Rhinox is still good too). T30 Waspinator is a little bigger, has a much better sting-blaster, and his bug-legs are less obtrusive in robot mode but Kingdom Waspinator has more paint details, some additional articulation, and a better alt-mode.

I came across Breaker at Target, sitting on top of the pegs.

Nebula is a good figure. Not crazy about the Blonde Femme Fatale look. Might replace her hair with Shriek's to go closer to her original hair from the comics.
Mr. Fantastic is not so fantastic. The lab coat and arms and head will go towards a custom figure. If you have the Walgreens Reed Richards, keep him. This is not an improvement.
