Yes. In my experience the majority of the technical issues that plagued the game at launch have been largely resolved. There are still some audio errors (particularly with car conversations where subtitles will display in proper time but the dialogue itself won't start for several seconds) and there can be observable frame-rate drops during the more hectic combat scenarios but nothing so low or choppy that it actually interfered with my ability to play. In some of the denser areas of the world I had to give the game a minute to let all of the textures and models load in properly. I enjoyed the central story but the characters and some of their side stories are where I feel the game shines brightest. There's still room for improvement (CD Project Red claims that there will be more patches coming next year) but as is for a $10 pick-up I've been having a lot of fun with the game.
