Mattel when they had the 4HM doing the great DCUC line actually did the entire core membership of the Legion of superheroes in one box set! That's what I want the next 2 Haslab project to be! They can add stretch goals such as extra members of each team are made if certain numbers are met.

While I do not actively collect Legends anymore, I still pick up the occasional cosmic character here and there. While not personally a fan of the Shi'ar, I do like your idea in general. Particularly if it could also be used to net me an original GotG team.
