It looks like Amazon.com got the jump on everyone else.

Blight was originally released as part of a Target Exclusive Jokerbot Build-a-Figure (BAF) wave. (These figures were based on designs from a comic book series, not the TV show.) He had swappable left hands, one of which had a rather anemic-looking "radiation" effect. He's still available online and in stores.

McFarlane has been releasing alternate/unmasked versions of the Batman Beyond figures that are available retail-wide. Batman Beyond Terry McGinnis changed the least, with a different mouth area. Shriek was fully unmasked, as was Batwoman Beyond. Blight's formerly smooth dome now looks like it's emitting radiation or is melting, and he gets two large energy balls.

In the plastic tray, there's one main plastic tie around the torso and several smaller plastic ties around the upper arms, calves, and energy balls. You also get an information card and a base stand.

This guy is big! He measures about 7.75-inches tall to the top of the dome flames, though he's closer to 7.5-inches tall if you measure to the top of where his head would realistically be.

The dome is removable, and there's some sort of plastic layer inside the dome, presumably to protect pieces from scratching each other (not sure why because the "neck" piece at the top of the torso is not anywhere near to touching anything else). You can rotate the head, upper torso, and lower torso 360 degrees. Leg articulation is very good because of the soft diaper, though I wish the diaper were bigger.

The energy balls are much better accessories than the skeletal radiation hand included with the BAF version. Coupled with the melting dome, this Blight just seems more unhinged and thus more intimidating than the previous one. Unless you absolutely want to build a complete Jokerbot (he doesn't really need the wings), this is the better version of Blight.

Areas of concern:
-- I suggest removing the hands before putting the energy balls on his arms to avoid lodging the hands inside the balls.
-- Unfortunately, the large black collar prevents light from illuminating the head dome. Contrast that with the McFarlane Fortnite Inferno figure's head.
