Is Todd actually sculpting the bodies or are his sculptors being directed to sculpt this way?
I just can't get past how sensible the upper torso is on their render. There is no good reason to not have that be the standard cut.

Again though you can see the problem. They sculpt and then apply the cuts for articulation. Vs having the articulation already in place and then they sculpt that.

I can kinda see what Mcfarlane means by mannequins with the eyes on the render but in reality(and with the digital paint apps they've been using recently) it's very much not a problem. Side eye certainly isn't solving it.


There's some illuminating about seeing the renders as I think they might be looking at them the wrong way. Falling in love with the render but ignoring the limitations.
