Well I have the Action Force stuff.
Mcfarlane - Uses a really soft plastic, so it if falls on the ground they
won't break. But they are prone to bending and going limp. Also very gummy looking.
Hasbro - A mix of both but then to favor the softer side.
Neca - Tends to go for a harder plastic which leads to better detail in my book.
Action Force tends to follow the Neca approach. The are a harder plastic which means the thinner parts are most like to break if it falls on a hard floor. They are more likely to break in a rigid hand.
But it's $15 for a good set of gear.
These in the pictures really aren't going to break. But there are like rifles with thin tubes that surely will on a good drop.
It's not stay away from them to me but just be care in handling them.
I found most of them scale well because they are bigger in the hands of the figures they go with which is kinda perfect for the Mcfarlane scale.
I don't know. Some people claim Valverse Action Force line is the worst build quality they've ever experienced while I say it's the exact opposite.
Some people are dismissed any figure where are dip in hot water for 5 seconds is the most difficult thing to go and a sign of terrible quality control.
Point is there needs to be accessory packs. I think telling someone to spend $15 or more on a figure they don't want, just so they can get a small accessory is a waste.
