I'm not really an anime/manga fan but some of my friends really are and they all pushed me into checking out My Hero Academia because it's the superhero one, I like it enough that there are definitely other characters I'd like to see get figures but I'm definitely not going all in. I don't know if it's directly intentional or not but yes, Mirio seriously looks like Tintin or a Vault boy from Fallout got seriously into shape (not so much like the German Shepherd but I know what you meant) and honestly it's one of the reasons I immediately liked the character.

I don't think there's a strictly preferred site but I'd recommend Imgur or Flickr. Most people seem to like Imgur a bit more (apparently it's easier) but I use Flickr without any hassle.
