The Harley RWB line has been notorious for QC issues since the beginning. It's really DC Direct's fault; whatever factory they hired to make these is simply subpar.

Just to give an example, the Jim Lee Hush HQ statue was measured to the top of the gun instead of the top of the head, so it's actually underscaled.
