I know some people are hoping that the "BAF" is going to be Nekron, But I have always wanted it to be Atrocitus, it seems according to a lot of what I have been reading that my hope will be fulfilled. It is after all very doubtful that they would make a BL character for the BAF after making most of the wave BL characters (Supes, Batman, and Deathstorm) a red lantern seems better fit, as it evens out the wave better.
NOW with that being said, you are SO DEAD ON! A Mega figure of Nekron would be the way to go! It seems possible as well. After all that is what they did with the Zack S. Justice League Villain's is it not?? They make Darkseid and Steppenwolf Mega figures, and they sold well, to the best of my knowledge. So Hopefully that is the route they go. After all I am not hating on Nekron when I say I want Atrocitus. I think they would both make good figures by McFarlane. I just think the logical, and sensible choice would be Atrocitus IN THIS WAVE as a BAF. NOT Nekron. It is a sensible choice businesswise after all.
