I would guess that for MCU Thunderbolts they'd go for a mix of known and new characters. Then again by the time it actually comes out they might have already introduced everybody. I hope so I can’t stand zemo for some reason.
But I’m willing to bet ghost, yelena, and taskmaster will return for the movie though.
