I posted photos up above I thought made the differences quite clear but I will try explain, aye?

Revelation Beast Man is based on his look from Revelation episodes 2 to 10 after the timeskip between episodes 1 and 2 after Skeletor's died and Beastie becomes a best friend and protector to Lyn. He ditches his old outfit and goes for a simpler look in his clothing and war-paint on his face (with beard tied and has some scarring on his chest from battles.

New Eternia Beast Man is more based on vintage concept art and is a bigger (mostly due to the bulkier upper torso) and Deluxe figure, different head sculpt, paint, has a more elaborate belt/'skirt' (rather than the rags Rev Beastie is wearing), has a whole bunch of armour options including two different chest armours, one being a classic style and one being a furry animal skin thing with a hood made of the animal head.

By the way, the artist of the New Eternia box arts, a bloke called Nate Baertsch, just posted new art of 'Beast Woman', who is one of the Beast people on the box art of NE Beastie that was just done to give him some more of his kind in the image and aye, she's proven popular enough that Nate decided to do this new art. And now peoples are wanting her to be canon and get her own toys. I wouldn't mind it either. lol.
