I simply wondered where CelticMutt got his info. I've never heard of Vader's suit being created to torture him OR Pappa Palps telling him to upgrade at will. Granted I have never read any of the novels or comics. I'm not that level of a SW fan. Maybe it came from his upcoming novella entitled, "Star Wars: Just Makin Shit Up"
