Aye, I think at this point she's whatever you want her to be in your personal canon. I'm fine with her being trans because she's often regarded as a favourite of trans people I know including my cousin (who cosplayed her one year), though I know some others don't like how sexualised Poison is. I just like the extra diversity she brings being trans and she's a cool character.
Anyways I'd still prefer they get all the main SFII cast done before moving onto later additions including the Final Fight gang but aye, there's so many characters that if Jada get this right they can milk the hell out of it for a long time.
