Like maybe some good playsets, vehicle accessories, or even villain box sets that weren't just repaints.

Not to say we haven't gotten good stuff, as I love my Hammerhead and classic Shocker, but I totally expected Hasbro to go all out this year on the Spider-Man merch.
100% this. Hasbro did good stuff for Spider-Man, but it could've been so much better. The selection was underwhelming, but the most upsetting flaw this year has been availability. Those who missed Doc Ock can get a repaint, but only as a limited two-pack with Silk that's an Amazon exclusive and has been sold out for months and still lacks the demanded bendy wire tentacles. Classic Lizard and Retro '90s animated Spider-Man, which have been requested by fans for years, are stuck as Wal-Mart exclusives. The three Spider-Men from 'No Way Home' is a $90 Hasbro Pulse exclusive without civilian heads. What is Hasbro thinking with these choices? Why make the most popular characters overpriced and exclusive to one website and/or store? I swear, if I find out the next classic Spidey character I've been wanting to add to my collection and have waited years to get is an exclusive or two-pack only, I'll punch a hole in my desktop.

Always having hope for more Thunderbolts and my big four wants of characters that have no legends at all: Justice, Count Nefaria, Graviton and Exodus. And of course...Banshee and Avalanche for redo/classic outfit respectively.

Retro Iron Man wave as rumored/hoped for/talked about the last few years? Seems our last chance to get a classic Mandarin (though not his vary first outfit please). Even business suit Mandarin would work for me.

Also...Hasbro, don't stop with the Retro F4 figures...Attuma, Wizard, Crystal.....though with the MCU Attuma coming, I worry that a comic version will be a pipe dream.
I'd imagine we'll see most of the reveals at the convention in the fall, but we'll see. Hasbro really needs to make more Marvel Legends figures for the Avengers and the X-Men (and the Hulk too -- hint hint -- please, Hasbro!). I just want more X-Men figures of any of the popular characters from the '60s to the early 2000s. And there has to be something cool planned for the Avengers for 2022 or 2023. I'm hoping over the next year or two that we'll see Count Nefaria, red-and-black classic suit Wasp, classic Hawkeye (seriously, where is he?), Vision without metallic paint, Wonder Man (first appearance, Safari Jacket, and/or black-and-red West Coast uniform, please -- I'd buy any and all of those), George Perez Beast, green-and-yellow costume Loki with a cape, Carol Danvers' Ms. Marvel/Warbird, Jessica Drew's Spider-Woman, Monica Rambeau's Captain Marvel, "Heroes Return" Iron Man, Constrictor, the Absorbing Man with his ball-and-chain, a good classic Mr. Hyde, and Egghead. We also need more Thor characters, since we only got MCU figures for 'Love and Thunder'. The Warriors Three, Balder, classic Beta Ray Bill and Eric Masterson Thor all say hi, Hasbro.

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for a "scaly-chainmail" figure of Captain America with a smiling head sculpt a la John Byrne's art, a shield without holes in it, and alternate triangular shield, even though I'm probably the only one who'd want/buy it.

A Retro Iron Man wave has to be a must given the War Machine reveal, but I'm not sure which heroes and villains would make the final cut. Red-and-yellow repainted Modular Iron Man would be a likely lock, but everyone else is kind of up in the air. We do need some kind of Mandarin, though, as he's long, loooong overdue.

I also agree with you 100%, Nash, we NEED more Retro Fantastic Four. I was hoping for more characters like Mole Man, the Wizard, Trapster, Crystal, Medusa and F.F. suit She-Hulk. I'll even take a Disguise Thing with fedora, cloth trench coat, and sunglasses. A Puppet Master and Alicia Masters two-pack would be cool too.

I'm wondering who the lab coat character is going to be revealed to be, whether it's at Comic Con or revealed later in the fall. I'd bet it would be a new classic Bruce Banner, but that would make too much sense, as Hasbro seems to be skipping plans for Hulk's 60th anniversary this year.
