Harley is wayyyyy too expensive on the secondary market, she goes for around 300$ rn.
The only issue I have with Nomuras Harley is the tiny little thong under her skirt that almost fully reveals her ass.

And you are very right about the scale inconsistency, as my variant figures are about an inch smaller than the Nomura catwoman and then the Arkham and Dceu are around two inches smaller than the variants.
