The straight-up thong back is from just the last 10 years or so, she had some coverage back in the day, like the middle of the cheeks. But as far as what kind of pervert does that? Well, um... me? She looks like a parody character for reals, it's ludicrous. Like, once an outfit is practically painted on you don't actually need to be showing skin for it to look sexy.
