Rainbow Mika is a wrestler and female wrestlers (ESPECIALLY Japanese ones) are very well-known for wearing skimpy outfits, a good example is the WWE wrestler Asuka who on top of wearing EVEN LESS than Mika is well-known for using her ass as an attack... just like Mika

So, yeah, Mika is actually pretty accurate to real-life wrestling and thus not really "parodic" or "ludicrous."
