I think I've shared this sentiment before, but there's a subtle genius to the McFarlane build-a waves being just the 4 figures in that there's obviously less characters you need to buy to complete the BAF and then they typically get to have a much stronger sense of a unified theme. If you complete a wave and put all 5 figures together it often feels more like a box-set than just a wave, which is probably exactly why McFarlane does turn around and sell some of them as sets like that.

I don't think I've ever seen it done at this scale for Catwoman, Mafex is the only company I can think of that's done goggle options for her and even then they just had to go the route of alternate heads. All of the removable goggles that come to my mind at around this scale tend to be a bit more bulky while Selina's are sleek, so to achieve the look they'd probably be too thin and then easily snapped or broken.
