I found this photoshop on Reddit for the new Tim Drake Robin in classic colors. Since it's uploaded to Reddit rather than hosted somewhere else, I have to link to the original Reddit post.

As for the Gold Label version, I can see a couple of fixes for the sleeves on the upper arms.
1. Shave off the hem/cuff of the sleeve with an X-Acto knife so that it's flush with the bicep. It'd probably still look a little off but it would look more natural.
2. Paint the short sleeve black so that it looks more like Robin's costume from TNBA.
- The only problem then is that you would have to paint the skin on the arm. Personally, I've always struggled to find a skin tone that matches most factory paint jobs. It's either too pale or too warm and I've never had any luck mixing those two skin tone shades.
