Well, after taking into consideration all the info you've all mentioned here (and thanks for the suggestions and GREAT discussion by the way), I found an eBay seller earlier that I'm gonna try. mini_arms_depot.
They offer sets (sometimes 6 or 8 piece sets) for the price of one gun from other sellers. After reading their description on some of their listings, it mentioned that the guns are injection molded, and not 3d printed (also states that they're much sturdier).
From the pictures on some of their listings, it doesn't look like their guns have the same "detail and quality" as Grid Iron's, but you can't beat the price. And for a "casual" collector like me, I just want my figures to have some guns and have some in reserve in case.
Grid Iron is still something I want to try later on, but it's still a bit too rich for my blood as well. Maybe I'll beg my wife to buy me some on my Birthday! LOL!
